welcome to ride for HOPE

On September 1st, 2008 Keenan and Jeff Cook, two brothers from Rocky Mountain House, Alberta left for a cycling trip from their hometown to the most southern country in the world - Argentina. They went in order to further their own horizons, as well as raise money for the international development agency HOPE.

After cycling over 19,000 km, Keenan and Jeff arrived in Buenos Aires, Argentina on September 19th, 2009. It was an incredible experience, and an incredible year.

100% of all donations to ride for HOPE went directly to a HOPE International project in the Dominican Republic. With the massive amount of support that was received, Keenan and Jeff reached their goal of raising $50,000! There is, of course, always more to be done, and so we want to encourage you to consider making a donation to HOPE International, and continue to do our part in helping those in need.

Since returning to Canada, Keenan and Jeff have delivered a number of presentations about their adventures. If you are interested in having them speak at your event, feel free to email them directly at jeffandkeenan@rideforhope.ca
